Back on Track Fitness was established in 2014 they had a website for some years, but it was neglected and wasn’t achieving any objectives for the organisation. Back on Track Fitness had grown to a second location and they were undergoing a rebrand, so a redesign of the website was required to align with the new goals of the business and the target audience.
Sticking to the branding guidelines, we had to develop a design that focused on user experience and conversion. It was also important to showcase Back on Track’s fitness challenges and their unique community environment.
Back on Track Fitness now has a website that functions as a powerful marketing and communications tool that attracts new members on a weekly basis. The new website also provides current members with a responsive classes timetable - one of the most visited pages on the website.
Since the launch of the new website, the business has seen an increase of 1667% in new enquiries and growing! The Caroline Springs studio doubled its membership in 6 months since Launch Digital took over the Facebook Ads.The increase in members also meant an increase in budget. We developed various sales funnels that included Google Ads, more landing pages and marketing automation to provide Back on Track Fitness with the ultimate marketing mix.
